Twenty-five current Healthy Start grantees recently received the Community-Based Doulas supplemental funding. With this supplement, grantees have an opportunity to hire and train doulas in their communities in an effort to increase positive birth outcomes and maternal health. The Healthy Start TA & Support Center has created a summary document with resources available to supplement recipients.
