We heard from Wendy Davis PhD, PMH-C, Executive Director of Postpartum Support International (PSI). Dr. Davis is one of the subject matter experts with the Healthy Start TA & Support Center and has supported PSI’s efforts to serve clients virtually for over 20 years. The webinar provided an introduction to serving clients virtually, including an overview of privacy and consent considerations. The webinar also provided an opportunity for participants to engage in a dialogue about the challenges they are currently facing in serving clients virtually and to share potential solutions.
