Peer Discussion: Integrating Healthy Start screening tools into existing database (Excel, ACCESS, Vendor, on-line, etc.) (Call 1)

These guided conversations will be based on the Healthy Start Screening Tool Implementation Checklist for Healthy Start grantees who have decided to use their existing forms and will be mapping the screening tools questions to their existing databases. We will be focusing on the process of integrating the screening tool questions into your existing data collection systems and operationalizing Healthy Start screening.
