This toolkit was developed to help health care professionals spread a consistent message to all women of child-bearing age: no amount of alcohol is safe during pregnancy. The toolkit includes: a FASD Fact Sheet; a Conversation Guide offering tips for how to discuss alcohol and pregnancy with women; a Resource Guide; a list of alcohol use screening tools; a pocket guide for nurse midwives; and FASD posters, postcards, reminder stickers, and lapel pins for providers.
